In 2009 we launched Affleck Mechanical Services Ltd in response to the high demand for a joint M&E contractor in the area.
Specialising in heating, plumbing and ventilation and working alongside Affleck Electrical. Working together on M&E projects enables great cohesion and communication throughout, and access to our range of services as required.
Affleck Mechanical has now grown into a successful company in its own right, working with Affleck Electrical on joint projects and servicing many of their own customers, including schools and local authorities, commercial contractors and specialist projects such as high end new build/refurbishments and eco builds. We are register with Gas Safe and OFTEC.
Affleck Mechanical can offer:
- Installation and testing of mechanical systems such as pumps, motors, blowers actuators and associated pipework.
- Design, fabrication and installation of pipework (mild/galvanised steel, stainless steel, and plastics), access covers, gantries and stairways, hand railing and support systems.
- Installation and commissioning of chemical dosing and monitoring systems for the water and associated industries, clean facilities and food process.
- Design, validation, construction and commissioning of process control instrumentation piping systems.

We now have a large team of full time employees, all of whom work together as one team, providing a broad spectrum of electrical services and expertise to its varied and expanding customer base.
